Happy Saturday
Had my first experience with the foamies an hour ago and still feel a little yucky, so probably will skip supper. The only thing i can think of is that I maybe didn't chew my almonds enough.
B oats n eggs with hummus and mushrooms
S cheese stick rolled up in deli ham
L steak and mixed veggies
S almonds and cutie
D probably skipping, if I feel better some haddock and brussels sprout.
fluids yes
miles no
protein under as skipping supper
I hope you didn't suffer long and you got your supper in. It could have been the from the almonds. It happens when we least expect it and there might not be a logical explanation.

I did end up skipping supper after my foamie experience. I am going to be chewing chewing chewing My capacity has gone up a little and I think i have been getting a little careless. lesson learned! I think it was either the almonds, which I have been eating for a while, or that I at a couple tiny pieces of celery i at at lunch while my hubby was eating his wings.

I didn't read this post before I wrote on the other one. It doesn't take much to give us that stuck feeling or the foaminess. My worse experience was on scrambled eggs. I also had to go to the ER a little while back from a piece of meat getting stuck. It's funny how one time it goes down so easy and then another time the foamies start.

Foamies for me have been when I didn't chew something and ate too fast, steak is a culprit for sure or the last time, which was just eating to much. I have never had a good full signal like some folks with a running nose or sneezing. Sugar and fat don't seem to trigger anything for me but I haven't pushed it either and had like a whole fried dinner or a whole piece of normal desert. In terms of capacity, mine varies. If I am super hungry and take a few bites of something while cooking or preparing supper, it definately affects the remaining space. Sometimes I don't remember that.
Good luck as you continue to find your "rules". they seem to differ for each of us to some extent.
