It's my 10 monthiversary today. I went a little nuts with 4 pieces of chocolate and rice macaroni and cheese - no bueno for gas, silly me!! :-( It's also coz I didn't have any strawberries with heavy cream so I went out and bought some as I don't want a repeat of today.

Happy 10th month!!! That's what happens when my favorite healthy foods aren't in the cupboard when I reach for them too. Probably no harm done since it's a one time deal. You just don't want to make it a habit.

I really don't want to make a habit with that rice pasta - that was a one off coz I had to try, but it caused too much suffering :-(

Hi Roz. Have fun planting. I've doing it 2 weekends in a row.
So my guy said last night that there wasn't time to go out to eat before our movie, but that we'd go out for dessert. Well, I ate a protein bar to keep me satisfied. Then we went out for frozen yogurt. He let me choose so I went with chocolate with butterfingers on top (YUMMY). We shared it which was a good idea. I only got mild stomach pains. I tell you this because I'm glad 1) that I had the sense to save up calories all day 2) I allowed myself to enjoy the treat, it was fantastic.

That was nice of him to let you pick and then share with you. My DH pretty good about sharing but it took him awhile. He benefits sometimes because we order a big steak and I take a very small portion of it. We stopped at McDonalds yesterday and it only cost us $4.65.....LOL. He already had a drink and I took a little under half of his double cheeseburger and ate 4 or 5 of his fries.
