Repost: Do Lightweights lose slower? OR It's not POUNDS, it's PERCENTAGES!

well I actually was able to lose 19 lbs before surgery, so I've lost 55 lbs total, so really I've lost 55% of my excess weight, if my goal were 178, though, I want to lose 118, to get to a goal of 160, so right now I'm at 46% with that goal :)

Figure your goal using the 25 BMI...anything after that is GRAVY! It makes it nicer to say you lost 110% instead of 100%.

Also go as low as you can while you are still in your two (+/-) year window. That way, when bounceback happens, it's still inside normal.
