Very interesting indeed. I get about 75g of both carbs and protein each day. I should probably get more protein, but it is extraordinarily hard given the extremely tight calorie restrictions I've imposed on myself. I'll think it through though.

Interesting. I get more protein and less carbs than they recommend on most days. I don't feel like the lack of carbs affects my brain function or energy level. But it is reassuring to know that I am in the basic range for protein and on those days when my carbs go up, it isn't the end of the world.
