I had meetings this morning then a yard boy here to work so I didn't get to play with the horses.  Food was odd because I ended up getting home too late for lunch so I grabbed nuts at the store.  I hate snacking instead of having a meal.  I just feel like I didn't eat but the calories sure do count anyway.

decaf protein coffee  33g
eggbeaters, mushrooms, cheese
lemon tea protein  13g
mixed nuts
vienna sausage
caribean cooler protein  13g
steak, salad
protein shake  33g

Hi Roz,

I just made mint cookie for the first time-not bad. Just wondering do you mix your's with water or something else? I made it in the blender with 8 oz. cold water and some ice cubes.

Got rained on at daughters softball playoff game and then they called the game anyway.  /finishing game on Saturday.  I get so off schedule when things don't go as scheduled.  get off kilter with eating and drinking.  Still 3 cups behind on water because got off schedule. After rained out game had academic honors banquet (didn't eat)  Had to eat leftovers out of fridge after I got home.  the day up till dinner went pretty well as I had it all planned and packed.  when out and about I forget to drink sometimes.

B  oatmeal, almond milk, peanut butter and raisins in oatmeal

S  apple and peanut butter

L cottage cheese, celery, couscous salad

S almonds turkey pepperoni   half banana

D broccoli, 1 tsp hummus, leftover country ribs

skim milk 8 oz    water working on, miles no, protein 62, carbs 89

 would  have liked carb and protein numbers to be switched!

I completely understand about schedule changes.  I think it's worse now that it's our grandchildren and not our girls because my girls aren't very good about printing us a schedule and they tell us things at the last minute.  DGSons game went for 2 innings before being called off a couple of nights ago and I'm guessing DGD's will be called off tonight.  The only advantage is I only have DH and I to fix dinner for instead of a whole family so it's not as much of an inconvenience.

It sounds like you are making good choices for your meals.  I don't see any really bad carbs on your menu.  Do you know what your net carbs are?
