Hanging in there.  I really don't know why my weight is so stable.  The only thing I've done consistently is get in my protein and avoid sugar and gluten.  I have never weighed the same for nearly 2 years in a row in my memory.  I've either been gaining or losing.  Staying the same is foreign to me.  I was putting on my jeans this morning out of the dryer and I had a flash of times when I have done that and they wouldn't go on but they did just as they have for the past couple of years.  Very strange for me.  I was also thinking about how I've been at my job for 8 months and they have only seen me at one size.  I don't think that has ever happened, either.

Well, enjoy the time with family. It is nice to get away from home for some family fun.

Last week 143

This week 143

I bounced up a bit earlier in the week, and am back to where I was last week. This seems to be a pattern lately, but that is alright, I hear from many that as I get close to maintenance that this is normal.
