Just a suggestion......You might want to consider another type of shake.  Yours is very high in calories, has carbs, sugar and not the best protein.

A lot of us use Syntrax.  100 calories, 24 protein (good protein), 0 carbs, 0 fats, 0 sugar, lactose and gluten free.

I'll have to try out Syntrax. Right now my dietitian doesn't want me going lower than 800 calories a day so the calories aren't an issue to me. I do want to keep carbs down as much as possible though.

Your calorie total is fine.  I just think you should use those calories for better protein.  When I look at the stats on the protein and the type of protein it is I think those are wasted calories.

Hi Roz.  I'm not wishing the month away as summer will fly by all too fast, but I am looking forward to the weekend.

B - coffee

S - a piece of pizza.

L - I'm really trying NOT to have another one.  But I think I'll lose that fight.  Otherwise I'm having greek yogurt flavored with Sugar free jelly.

D - IDK.  A sandwich?  my pick of cheese or peanut butter... or pizza - lol.  Yes, I have 3 pieces leftover.  I have a 4 hr training meeting tonight and will be doing it from home.  Lucky for me I have NO snacky stuff here.

Vits:  yes, took extras today because I missed the past few days

Water:  we'll see

It just seems like once you have kids time flies.  I look at my girls and now my grandkids and there lives change every day and time goes with it.  I like your idea of "looking forward to the weekend". I guess I can look forward but still enjoy today.

Have you tried the new 80 calorie Dannon's light n fit.  I hate yogurt....but this is delish and no mixing. My favorite is the peach and pineapple.

I have started freezing left overs so they aren't tempting me.

No - I haven't tried it yet but have heard several people say they really like it, and if it's low in sugar - bonus!!

Right now I'm "old mother hubbard" as I'll be moving this weekend and don't want to be moving a bunch of groceries.  I feel like a college kid living on $2... lol

I have bread, cheese and peanut butter and jelly, along with 2 greek yogurts (small ones).

Oh and a can of pickled beets - LOL.  I LOVE pickled beets and was thinking of eating them tonight with dinner.

OH - and protein powder!  I have more food in my cubby at work than I do at home.
