Syntrax Tea

I guess I'm boring I just drink my lemon tea with water and ice and I love it. I go through a jug of it every 2.5 weeks. I do have to find some other things to try though I tend to get in a rut. :)

I dug my jar out after reading this thread.  I forgot how good the Syntrax lemon tea is.  I was stuck in the RTD premier protein chocolate shake rut.

I mixed in a blender bottle with a fork (great advise) half scoop Syntrax lemon tea protein and half a packet nestea mixed berry and lots of ice.  YUM
