Hi--thanks for the note. So yeah I've confirmed what you said about fruit--when I first changed my food plan to add more veggies, carbs, fruits etc,  I found that my weight loss stalled. So I actually eat a bit less than my nutritionist has listed for me to eat. The amount I eat now seems to be a good proportion with the protein and fat, and I'm losing slowly, 1 lb a week, which seems to be fine considering I'm so close to goal, am working out like crazy, and getting my body fat % down. I like getting the nutrients, so am good with the amount I'm eating. BTW I eat veggies and whole grains too, so it's not fruit all the time :) We've just had a bunch in the fridge we've needed to eat up!

Every time I see devastation I think about our LW's.

Do you like the white meat of the chicken?  I LOVE the dark meat and thighs are my favorite!

Oh my, just drank my giant glass of metamucil and water too fast and oh the pain.  I am almost 4 mos out and that was the WORST restriction I have ever felt.  the last week or so I have been able to increase my volume a bit and I think I got a little overconfident.  Good reminder.

At 4.5 years out I still can't gulp my fluids down.  The tightness in my throat and chest are great reminders and keep me under control most of the times.

Sounds Good!

Odd day; the chicken salad sandwich was spread out as 3 meals (3 oz each) throughout the day. Went grocery shopping today so now I'm set for the rest of the week I should be pretty set food-wise...

Just my opinion....but your carbs are kind of high and your Protein is pretty low.  Protein is what burns calories and keeps us full.

You are right; it was an off day in which I had a bakery made sandwich (on a giant croissant. I went to Costco and now should be loaded up with good protein so days are more balanced. Thanks for the feedback!
