Canned salmon made like meatloaf.  I use oatmeal, eggs, and make into patties. 

If you don't get into the habit of snacking and you increase your calories through Protein you should be fine.

Cleaned out the trailer, did laundry, went to meetings then to the gym for muscle pump    I have been up since 5am, still having effects of coffee yesterday afternoon to keep me awake while driving.  I think it is finally out of my system and hopefully I can sleep yestonight.

Got up early and went for a nice walk.  Nice way to start the day.

B scrambled egg with cheddar cheese. mustard greens

A walk in the morning would be nice in the morning.  I've been thinking I should take mine earlier too because I can't stand the heat in the afternoon and I don't walk as far.
