Hi Roz.... tell me again how we lose regain? Seems the harder I try the more I gain...
I did well on my drive back yesterday. I had a bunch of fruit and leftover veggies I munched on. Did end up getting a BK chicken sandwich and ate a 1/2 cup of cheesy tortilla soup last night. Boy - did I feel the restriction then!
B - banana, carrots and a tomato
L - Smart Ones dinner
S - some cashews
S- Atkins bar
D - cheese sandwich on wheat bread/butter and a small chunk of cheese
Vits: no... bad me. I'll take them tonight
Water: need more

The hardest thing for me when I'm not happy with the scales is not going into the "don't eat diet mode" It never worked before surgery and it definitely makes me gain now. I have to stick with basics (protein, low carb and small meals) even more now than I did early out.

I made pizza chips, carbquick cinnamon rolls, and salmon cakes over the weekend. It makes life so much simpler when I am prepared.
I ate a piece of birthday cake on Sunday and it really had me upset but then I thought it was super small and I spread it out all evening. I think because I kept going back and having a small bite that I felt like I ate a lot of it but I didn't.
I wish I lived at your house....you must actually cook...LOL

Really getting used to this 900-1000 calorie routine. I am worried that when I get a job, it'll be tough to keep it going. I'll be so much more active and might need more calories.
