Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period.

Good Morning on this Beautiful Sunday morning!  I woke up to my stomach growling which doesn't happen very often.  I hope my morning Protein drink takes care of it.  I can't be rumbling in church.......  Lunch will be something light because DGS's birthday party is today.  Can't wait to give our Grandson his present and to see my DD#3 in-laws.  Before WLS my mouth would be watering for all of the good food she has planned....maybe I was dreaming about it and that's why I feel like I'm starving.....lol.

Did you buy a power ball ticket?  DH and I never play the lottery unless they are collecting at work.  We talked about buying one but we forgot.  I would definitely get my body sculptured to a perfect 4 if extra money came my way. For those of us who have to work......Enjoy the rest of your weekend!!  Monday's coming!!!!
