Sunday Weigh In
The NSV of the dress is a MUCH bigger deal than the scale number but fantastic on the scale victory too!

Yes, I needed a pick up from the numbers and getting into that outfit did the trick and plus it is helping me to stay on track to see if I can get to a lower size. I didn't mind having my picture taken yesterday so that was a plus. I would have done it any way but when you feel thinner and happier with your self it was easy to say cheese. Thanks
1100 calories is for losing for most people. Maintaining is hard. I could lose and God knows I could gain but staying the same is difficult. I really believe this is the longest I have gone in my life not being obese.
What I had to do was add about 100 calories a day for about a week and see where my weight was. I kept doing that until my weight finally stabilized. Of course those extra calories need to come from things like protein shakes and things like that. Do not make the mistake that many do and think because they want to stop losing or gain a few pounds it is okay to eat more carbs, especially refined carbs. I have seen that come back and bite people many times. Another thing I did was add in more full fat things like sour cream, cheese and butter. That will really add up the calories and not take a lot of room. If you track your food and your weight you will soon figure out what your body needs to stay at a weight you are comfortable with. It's a tricky balance figuring out the calories in vs the calories burned but once you do it becomes a lot easier.

I was in Vegas without a scale but I went zip lining and they weigh you there. So in clothes including running shoes after eating breakfast and a snack, I was .....
124.
I think their scale must be off because I was expecting 125 or 126.
And, yes, zip lining was AWESOME.
