Ya I don't get it . I bounce between 136-139. Maybe this is where I'm suppose to be?? I have a very stocky build , broad shoulders , wide hips and both side of the family are very large . Everyone say your body stops when it's ready , depressing but may e this is my weight?😒
are you in a normal BMI? How long have you been around 136-139? Some folks have pretty long stalls. Also, if you are happy eating like you are, then just keep on keeping on. You may be at maintainance, or you may still lose. But keeping on keeping on doesn't hurt anything and may help.

I am at 25.7 BMI . 25 is normal and I've been 136-139 for about 2-3 months. I am getting labs done tomorrow going on Wellbutrin Thursday. I'm not sure if I'm depressed , pre menopause or low iron causing my down moods and low energy. So I'm hoping I picked a good anti depressant that does not cause weight gain. Lately I'm just feeling blue , stressed , hopeless , lazy tired and headaches like crazy. I'm a mess!
Staying within a half lb is doing good.

Last week 103.2
This week 103.6
Total change +0.4
I got a new bike and I rode 10 miles on Friday. The first time I've ridden that far in about a year. The weather sucked and it rained on my way home but I lived. I heard the weather will be better this week so I'm planning to ride more. This bike is lighter and seems a bit easier to ride. I am fixing it up with baskets, a new gel seat and a bike computer, like the one that was stolen. It feels good to move again.
Also, I'm going to my granddaughter's 3rd birthday after work. They are having pizza and cake and ice cream. I'm bringing my own dinner since I won't be eating those things. I would eat gluten free pizza if they had it but I don't expect them to do anything special for me.
