Sunday Weigh In
It absolutely sickens me to post this number but it has to be done or I will shy away from this post all summer long!!!
Today 122.
I am a summer sweller and I have my winter weight which is consistently 119 but my summer weight ranges between 119 and 122 depending on the weather. When I look back at my earlier records I can see where I had a couple of larger losses in early fall every year.
I thought for sure I wouldn't swell after I lost all of this weight. I don't swell as bad as I used to (my clothes fit the same) but my left ankle is very noticeable. I even went for testing on it last summer but they said nothing was wrong. I try to prop my legs when I can and watch my salt. I'll take any other suggestions.

After my knee surgery, I bought some over the counter water pills from the health food store. I think they helped. I may try them again. I have a sock line on my legs no matter what kind of socks I wear because of fluid.

I didn't know you could buy them over the counter.
Before WLS I took a water pill and after time my body started aching. My potassium dropped really low so then I had to start taking a potassium pill every day too.
What do you think? Should I try it?

It may be worth a try, every other day or something. I imagine you are on move vits now than you were then.
