Good morning. Happy skinny jeans day!
Yep, got the jeans on for casual day in the office (size 10 :)
I am not a carb counter, but I do need to start making better choices. I need to get some Greek yogurt. I love the dannon light and fit. It seems counterproductive that carbs dont upset my pouch but many meats make me wish for death or at least to be able to puke Cruel but true, in my case carbs sit well and solid protein doesn't want to digest. I eat cottage cheese and fruit often, LOVE IT and salads, apple and PB, Bean burrito insides and some of the shell sit well too.

In SPITE of my size 4 jeans, I'm still FEELING fat...partly due to the muffin (all my excess seems to be around my middle now) AND a back brace added...esp the back brace.
We did fine all week but yesterday was a TERRIBLE day...mostly cause we spent several hours in the car, lunch was at daddy's and the "best" choice was a chicken filet sandwich...so we both opted for that minus the bun in my case (I also had some cottage cheese). Chicken was terribly dry...almost inedible by anyone. They cook it then park it under a heat lamp to keep it warm...the result is super dry.
Dinner was better...we split a hot ham & cheese (left most of the bread on the plate) and then we had a yogurt on the way home. No way my body got enough for all the walking/climbing stairs we did.
