Aw thanks Roz - I guess I can always post a day behind if not.
Yes I've started doing shakes and protein bars and that gets the number up all too easily. I 'try' and pace myself to no more than 30g protein every couple of hours.

Been a crazy week so far, 12 hour shifts are kicking my butt!
B protein coffee 27g
B 1 hard boiled egg 2 slices bacon
L about 3/4 of a hamburger patty with lettuce and tomato
S cheese stick
D about half a chicken breast with a few bites of coleslaw
Vites done
Fl 48 oz
Miles ran my butt off at work! 14851 steps on my pedometer
I'm positive I couldn't do 12 hour shifts. In July they are cutting our budget so I'm only going to have 7 hr. days and I'm so excited about it!
