It was delicious...red velvet cake with icing that wasn't too sweet. My birthday boy and I ended up sharing one slice because they were so large and rich. I made him take the second piece to work with him. Let the ladies at his job get fat...not me

haha...that was probably a good decision. My DGD loves red velvet but it's not my favorite. My favorite cake over all is Angel Food (less guilt) but if I got my choice of bakery cake it would be spice with cream cheese icing.

Had a bad day with the carb monster yesterday but focusing on protein today and it has gone back into hiding.
B Hardboiled egg with cheese and canadian bacon, 1/2 banana
s cottage cheese and turkey pepperoni
L enchilada chicken, black beans and salsa
S reduced fat cheese stick rolled up in turkey breast
D hamburger patty/salsa, green peppers

It usually doesn't take me long to get the cravings under control if I set my mind to it. I'm glad you got yours under control!
