Good morning. Read the labels
Just a friendly reminder to read the labels before you buy protein powders. Look for whey protein isolate as the first ingredient, if it's not there, move on. Then look to see what the sweetener is. Sucralose ...stevia... monk fruit extract... none
Check out a small sample on Vitalady's web site. She also has a comparison chart posted of a few of the brands:

Y'all have a healthy day.

This is what I am using right now: http://www.optimumnutrition.com/products/performance-whey-is olate-p-285.html
Thirty grams of protein, whey isolate only NO blend or concentrate, 1 gram of carb. The flavor is vanilla shake...very thick like a milkshake, esp when making a protein coffee...but it does not seem to lump up. Feels like I am drinking an espresso or cappuccino cause it's all foamy on top.
So that's 60 grams of protein before I even get my day started good NOW.
