It's almost here!
We got your back. Don't get too wrapped up in the pre-op diet thing. No studies show it's really necessary, especially for light weights. Do your best but don't beat yourself up if you fall off the wagon a little.

As ususal, Gina is right, just don't screw up the final day, whatever they have told you to do then. Most folks are on clear liquids then so the system is clean for surgery. Stay clean then.
When is your surgery again? Want to cheer you on cyberly.

Agree with the ladies. My surgeon told me to eat what I wanted with the exception of the last day. It worked out just fine. I had a smooth surgery and post follow up.
How exciting.

35 pounds of regain!!! 30 lost!!! Just a little more to go.
Are they making you do liquids? If so and you want to "cheat", just eat high protein, low carb. Because that's what clears out the slime in the liver, not being on liquds.
And don't get me started on the whole mandatory pre-op diet thing...
