DS on 08/31/12

Yesterday I reached dr's goal and showed a total loss of 100 lbs. Just wanted to share. Very excited and will keep going as I have about 15 lbs to my personal goal. Thanks for all of your posts...they keep me going.

Wow! I'm always amazed that someone could lose 100 lbs - especially since that is half your original weight.
