Good Morning. Metabolism, what we think we know
When I did WW I remember doing 2-4 hours exercise a day in order to lose. I never counted points for exercise (ie consumed any extra calories) as I didn't lose if I did. I was religious about weighing and measuring and stuck mainly to WW or free foods where possible. I feel not being able to have any extra points for those workouts meant things weren't as they should be (I worked out 3 times a day so I could get decent intensity).
IMO the DS has helped redress the balance.
I'd love to hear what your support group has to say.
