You rock.  I don't think I could work as hard as you do, and keep working it, to lose the weight.  You are an inspiration.  I'll quit whining about my stalls now...  I need to put my big girl panties on and get to work.  :-)

Congrats Lauren!  Honestly, we've seen vets come back when they need support and direction to lose their regain, but no one has really stayed and stuck with it as you have.

You definitely are an inspiration to those of us who need to lose!!

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
