Hi Roz,

I need to get back on here and get back on my program!!  I was horrible the first of the week.  My schedule was all out of whack.  Back at work yesterday for the long day - we had a board meeting last night and didn't get home until after 9pm.

Your weekend sounds like mine - we have a dance recital tonight for DGD#2 and one tomorrow afternoon for DGD#1.  I hope to get some baby time in there tomorrow.  DH wants me to go visiting with him tomorrow and I really need to visit my people since I haven't been this week.  I need to have a cooking day so I will have something to eat that I should be eating.

Here's what I know for today so far:

S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  3 Chicken Strips, Honey Mustard Sauce

Hi Roz - wow - busy busy weekend!  I'm helping my sister at one of her annual fund raisers tomorrow.  The weather is supposed to be perfect - let's hope it really happens.  They've changed the weather countless times this week. Sunday driving back to VA with my trailer.  That's an expensive venture... I'll pay 3x in gas for that versus when I drive the car...

I'm babysitting sleeping babies while my daughter and SIL go and look at houses.  I like going with them, but it helps when they don't have to cart the kids with them.

Now - what I've noticed is when I eat a solid breakfast (often I can't eat much for breakfast) I tend to NOT get hungry or feel as munchy.  Today I had a big omelet and was initially looking at it thinking I couldn't eat the whole thing, but I did... I felt full, which I was looking for.

B - (at 10:30) omelet and whole wheat english muffin

S - a peach (noonish)

D - ended up eating cashew chicken and a spring roll.  Wasn't very good, didn't eat much of it.

Vits:  yes

Water:  did good with my iced tea today.
