Refrigerator died!   Very stressful when trying to eat healthy.   My DH took the day off work to find a new one and by late afternoon we had a one

 

B   scrambled egg/hummus  wrapped in deli chicken slice

S   almonds and turkey pepperoni

L   tuna pouch and cucumbers

S  low fat ricotta and fruit spread

D  part of a hamburger patty with salsa and half a small banana

Day late. Had a nursing award ceremony today, nothing but coffee and sweets! Managed to stay away.
