OT: Spine revisited

I decided this weekend to wait on my spinal surgery until after we've moved. Tackle these in a better order. If I am not worried about moving, I can focus on healing.

Sounds like a good plan, but just be careful. Dont over do it with moving, protect your back.

I wear a back brace (prescribed by the neurosurgeon) and plan on letting dh do 99% of the work, LOL. I can sit and pack most things. The ONLY time I don't wear the brace is in the shower or in bed at night.

i thin you made a wise decision.  Take one stressor away and you will do better in recovery.  Best wishes and take care.
