Thanks to the WLS veterans!
I don't think I could have made this journey without ObesityHelp. It is one thing to hear in our class we need to "chew, chew, chew," but it brings it to reality coming here reading about someone who got food stuck, for example, what it felt/feels like while describing the problem. Likewise reading about supplementation, etc, protein types and all that stuff. I am so thankful for this site. Best wishes on your upcoming surgery.
Agreed, this site is awesome. I had my surgery 4 years ago and have dipped in and out of the site during that time. I've always been met with warm welcomes.
Best of luck with your surgery. Let us know how it goes. Many of us remember what it was like early on.
Swinging lizards for you,

Thanks Ellen....we have a GREAT group of Posters here!!!!
The LW's are my ONLY Support group! Without all of their advice and encouragement I might be as unsuccessful as a lot of my friends. Everything I have learned has been from LW Posters that have experienced it.
