Good Morning. New Internet tax on web purchases - not

It's already in place in illinois. I am a wedding photographer and even though my online lab/ordering company is out of state they have to collect taxes and pay them on my sales. It sucks when someone wants to make a small order and already has to pay shipping to add the tax also.
