WOW you must like to bake! I just finished off my cinnamon rolls last night. They are much better taken out of the freezer and thawed a little. I'm hoping to find some time to make some more.
Even low in carbs scares me. Have you notices a change on your scales?

I had gained about 5-7 pounds because I was eating a lot of regular sweets/carbs. I am trying to find substitutes that I like that are low carb and made with splenda. I'm sure too much of anything is not good!! I'm back down about 2, but would like to get back to 126 or 127. I know I have to add exercise and that will help.
The carbquik seems to really fill me up quickly. I don't care much for the Carbquik pound cake, but I made it and am not going to waste it. It is my afternoon snack. I still have a little of the Carbquik Eclair from last week left so I'm trying to fini**** off.
I usually cook several things on the weekend to eat during the next week. I don't want to cook when I get home from work.
I keep saying I'm going to make some things for the freezer but so far it hasn't gotten down. I really want to make some pizza chips, flourless PB cookies, and the carbquick cinnamon rolls.
My weakness is popcorn. My microwave blew up and I just ran to Walmart and bought a cheap one just so I could have my nighttime bag of popcorn. What use to take me 2.35 to pop it was done in 1.15 and didn't leave a bunch of kernels left in the bag.

We were suppose to get rain today but we haven't yet. The girls at work that take smoke breaks say it's beautiful out. It doesn't seem quite fair that they get to go outside 3 times a day.
Sounds like a good Protein day!
