Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!

DD#3 called before she went to bed but I haven't heard from her yet this morning so maybe she is feeling a little better.  I pick her and the boys up at the airport tomorrow after work.  I read one place they aren't contagious and then somewhere else that they are.  This is definitely something I don't want to get.

I hope your DD#3 is feeling better. I'm sure all the prayers and well wishes have helped.

Great job by the way taking off those vacation pounds. Just marvelous!!!

Not much planned for today, but I have a very busy week, so I'm pleased to relax today.

I hate this no notification stuff.  Shingles is not contagious.  It is chicken pox that lives in your body after you have had chicken pox but from your description and what they gave her, I'm not convienced she has shingles.  Go back to your original post and read what I posted.

It's raining and cold here.  They moved the final phase of the event yesterday to the afternoon to get us all home before the rain came.  We have had inches and it is still coming down.  I'm happy to be home and dry.

B:  double scoop ISO Sensation Choco Fudge.  Yea!  I've had tubs of this on backorder for weeks.  It finally came in.  Love this stuff.

B2:  Left over chicken picata (lemon on a chicken fried steak )

L:  lettuce wrapped cheese burger, fully loaded.

S:  low carb cheese cake with vitamins

It's cold today and my back hurts from over doing it yesterday.  It's going to rain.  I have the wood stove going.  Thinking about cooking something on the wood stove.  It's my rainy day crock pot.
