Liz, I've been looking at your avitar for a while now...  What is that?  A cat in a coma on your lap?  A ferret?

My "baby" boy cat laying in my lap asleep! Cat in a coma is about right. He was about 6 months old in that photo and is just past 2 years old now.

Yep it sucks. Things are going to have to start to improve soon though.

Last wk 189.5
Today 186.0
My goal was 185, almost but not there today
Next wk goal 182.5
I am afraid to set goals because I have no idea how my body is going to react. What I do know is that I am not going to react if my wt isn't 182.5 and if its less yeah!!

Liz, that's so frustrating about your slight weight climb!  But with your long track record of success, I have no doubt you will find the solution.

Last week 149

This week 147

Still doing well considering I'm getting so close to goal, but I must admit that I've gotten a bit lax with my food choices.  I log it and move forward, but there are some slight differences in my level of 'militancy'.

WTG!   As long as it moves the right direction your level of militancy must be OK. :)
