Today 117

 

It took me 2 weeks to drop to that 115 I'm hoping I return there this week and that it's just the extra water weight still from the surgery.

The weather is starting to get too warm for me around here.  I don't care for the heat and I don't have air conditioning :(  At least we do at work.  I've been riding the new bike a bit but it is making some kind of rubbing noise so I have to get it back to the shop to be looked at.  They are closed until Tuesday so I have to wait.

Good morning all.

Liz, It might just be the protein coffees. If nothing has changed, the added calories from the protein could be the culprit. Just something to consider.

You are doing good.

Since I don't count calories but do count protein, fat and carbs...adding 24 grams of protein per cup (and less than 1 carb per cup) helps me.
