Yep, constant battle.

I think I'm up a pound to 119 or so. Back into the fray to fight these suckers off.

Sorry you are up too.

My diet has not changed in the last year...altho I HAVE added protein to my coffee...finally getting a taste for it. Usually have one a day, sometimes two. But I tend to eat in a rut...and I HAVE avoided my pre-op go to foods...spaghetti, pasta based dishes, rice, even potatoes. My worst is a medium tortilla around a boatload of eggs, meat, cheese for breakfast. And many times I don't finish the tortilla itself...just the insides.

But I have noticed if I have JUST protein, my blood sugars plummet below 50 inside of two hours...a small amount of carbs is needed to keep that from happening. It's my DECADES old RH rearing it's ugly head.

Sorry this is happening to you, especially since your eating is the same. Frustrating to say the least.

Well I broke my many months of Sunday weigh-ins being at 119.

I was 120.0 this morning.  I couldn't even wiggle it to go to 119....LOL

Not bad though for being at 123+ when I got home from vacation at the beginning of the week.

God is walking with me every step of the way. Because of HIM this is possible!!
