Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!
WOW....What an exhausting vacation!!! When I came home from the cruise I actually felt like I was on vacation but Disney and Competitions combined is not a relaxing week.
The scales were not as favorable this morning as when I came home from the last trip. I was up about 3 pounds that I can't blame on swelling. It was a lot easier to eat good when you had planned meals with lots of fruit an fish. This was a grab and run week and I'm Praying that once I get back on schedule the scales will move in the right direction.
Our Team did awesome so although tiring it was a rewarding weekend! 4th in the World and the highest ranked team from PA ever!!!! We were only .2 points from medaling so every year we are getting closer to our goal!!

We thought DDIL was going to have the baby Monday night, but her contractions stopped. So now we are just waiting. She is not due until the 11th, but is measuring a week earlier and as of last Friday he weighed 7 pounds 11 ounces. So excited, I can hardly wait.
Linda
Ouch - they can figure out the weight before they're born... oh the wonders of modern science. I hope D*****esn't have to wait too long.

New babies are soooo exciting! I'm so glad you are getting a grandson. Ours are so cuddly compared to the girls. If you think about it text me when she goes into labor. I didn't know they could weigh the baby either.
Eclairs? Is that recipe on the box?
Sounds like you are doing good with your Protein!

I'll text you. We are going to keep DGD#2 when they go to the hospital. I got to be in the delivery room when she was born it was so exciting.
The eclairs are sooo good. It is a recipe I saw on Facebook and I converted a lot of the ingredients to things I could eat. It was more trouble to make than I normally do but really worth it. I'll see if I can find it when I get home and post it.
