Duncan Hines Flavor Packets for frosting

Just writing Duncan Hines gives me the chills.  LOL.

So, I have been meaning to try their little flavor packets for frosting as I thought they might be good in my greek yogurt.  Bought a few ages ago but FINALLY tried the key lime in my greek yogurt this morning with a packet of splenda and.....YUM!  I have cinnamon roll to try next.  I know a few of you have used them so I wondered what other flavorings may be good.  Some of them just do not sound like a good combination with yogurt.  I usually flavor with SF pudding mix but am always looking for anyway to cut on carbs and calories.  I have tried SF vanilla syrup but didnt like that.

Anyways, nice to find something new as my sweet tooth continues....

I have tried two of them a long time ago.  I can't even remember what kind they were.  I actually like the new Danon Lite Greek Yogurt that has fruit in it.

Meg, I will try the rocky road....that is my favorite ice cream from pre-surgery but wasnt sure what it would taste like in yogurt! I wish I lived near a kroger as i like their carbmaster yogurt and it is cheap!  

Linda,  I love the light and fit vanilla but dont really like chunks in my yogurt of fruit. I also do not know if I dump so I avoid anything more than about 12 grams of sugar in a serving.
