Going to try here!
Sometimes at work, the time gets away from me and skipping breaks means skipping vitamins.
So I am going to try to be 100% this week.
I got some of the celebrate citrus vitamin powder, so it easy to mix in a water bottle to hide at the nurses station, until I caught!
Happy Monday!

I even remembered to take my iron in the middle of the night last night. I am out of chocolate and carmel calcuim chews but I still have the chocolate chewables and that will have to do for middle of the day for a while. the rest are easy, a pile in the morning and a pile in the evening.

I'll be honest, I am NEVER 100% with my vitamins. I do well during the work week when I have a fixed schedule, as long as I bring them from home. The weekends go by so darn fast that I miss multiple doses each weekend. So I am shooting for 100% M-F this week and at least half on the weekend. It will be an improvement over last weekend when I know I missed more than I took. BAD CANDY :)

I'm doing 100% NOW...wasn't for months. But I am getting mine all in every day.
I need to have my D retested in the next month or so and see where I am now....I got below normal and have been on 100K a day for several months now...should be able to drop 50K of that off most days.

I really try hard to stay 100% on my vitamins. Putting them in the daily dividers helps alot because at the end of the day if there are any left - I forgot something. If I ever miss any, it is usually my last Vitamin of the day and my last Super Magnesium-which I just take for leg cramps.
I talked to a friend who had RNY back in November and she was not doing her vitamins/calcium like she was suppose to and is already having some issues. I had a very strong talk with her and she says she is doing much better now. I sure hope so. What a shame to go through the process of surgery to make yourself healthy and then lose your health because of not taking(or taking the wrong kind) your vitamins..

Edited to add: I know that sometimes things in life change and we could be able to afford things one day that we might not later be able to afford. My friend could afford the vitamins she just chose not to take them.
