Up another lb this week...and I understand why, just can't seem to get enough food in during the day to stop it. After you figure ds math into what I am eating, it works out to way too little...body is in starvation mode. Carbs are about 100 (NOT NET) grams a day...

I am trying to add more protein esp but I already feel like I am eating all the time.

And it does NOT help that I found out I've shrunk in the last two years. Pre-op was 5'4" NOW 5'3 1/8". Also my exercise is minimal...back issues. Have an MRI to see what is going on on the 8th of May...

Ok, stayed the same this week. 118 and I have no clue how. I feel out of control and will be getting a grip by Monday.

LOL, yes, but when your sleeve is stuffed how do you add more...I eat every time I am empty enough to manage...but it's not enough!

I think food is totally overrated for us. I think we get more nutritional value from protein shakes.

As much as I don't care for protein coffee...as long as it's my second cup, I'll deal with it...adds about 30 more grams to my day.

136.6 last week 138.5 today 😡but I take it lightly I ate popcorn and its TOM coming I fluctuate so much it's frustrating! Slow and steady maybe by July I will see 134-135.

Last week: 107.8 lbs.

this week: 107.6 lbs.

yesterday, I was 107.1 and the day before, 107.6 lbs, and 107.8 lbs.

i am really proud of myself that I was able to stop the upward trend . I have been eating cleanly and exercising on a regular basis. Food tracking and exercise are definitely my friends. It is very easy to gain and very difficult and slow to lose.
