Goodbye 190's and Hello to 180's
Well, I finally broke thru the 190's barrier and into 180's it was exactly 189.0. I wasn't going to step on the scale because a watched scale never moves...just like a watched pot never boils. So glad I did now I really have a smile on my face and my steps are lighter. Its a lovely day outside so I am going to take advantage of it and enjoy the sunshine! Good day to you!!
