4/9 WLS and stall now?
I know we should expect stalls but already? I am now able to start pureed foods so that is good news and I have shed 9 lbs which is also good for a lightweight. I guess I had better drink more water or protein (is it time for that, again?).
What time periods are normal to have stalls?

Stalls happen. If you are getting in your protein, fluid and following your plan, you will lose. Just keep on keeping on. It will happen. I never stalled but I think that is the odd not the normal. Take your measurements, sometime you will lose inches when the scale seems stuck. If the scale is bothering you, hide it and weigh once a week. Mainly, keep up you plan, get in your protein and fluid and relax.
