I knew you had a short week in the office.

I have never had a grilled KFC that wasn't dry and tough.  Maybe they do it better in your area.

Price, you're too good with all your working out.  Today I finally got round to getting a replacement pedometer on order so I'll have to step up my miles when that arrives as I'm sure I'll be shocked by how little I'm doing!!  It may kick start my weight loss though ;-)

I'm sure you will make good dinner choices.  It amazes me what I consider a "big" dinner these days.

It was a Winnie the Pooh day.  Windy and blustery.

So I made some Clean Frig soup.  It's an afternoon of chopping, tasting, cutting herbs, finding items just days from a toss out.  These soups always taste good to me.  I make it with a package of Top Ramen noodles, so we'll see how that's tolerated.

And the crusty sour dough garlic bread is missing.  I'm still early enough out that I remember what it smelled and tasted like...

B:  protein shake, double scoop of Use It Up powders   60gms

S: 1 chicken thigh

L: Clean Frig soup

I love soup like that.  It freeze good too and makes a great quick lunch when you are out of everything else.

Hummmmm crusty sour dough garlic bread.......  Yeah, I can taste it.....
