                   I can sympathize with you about height...I have lost some height as well...Sigh...I have gone from 5'3 down to 5"2!!  It's ok because I know good things come in small packages!!!  Hang in there my Switch Sister...We are still pretty Awesome no matter what size we are!!!  Glad to hear your cholesterol is better...that is very good news Liz!!!  Enjoy your Day!!!

I knew losing height was a very real possibility for me, just caught me off guard! After all my Mother went from 5' 7" to 5' 4" in the last 20 years of her life...starting at about 55!

And yeah, I am VERY pleased over my cholesterol!
