AAARRRGGGG...I hate getting older!
Most of my exercise is walking. We are still working on a bathroom renovation but dh does most of the lifting...I just do things like screw in a subfloor, etc.
I've never been one to do "exercise".

When I had my body scan at the gym a few weeks ago, I was under fat and over weight. Huh??? And no, I don't look like a body builder with all this loose skin hanging around. I got down to 111 but that really was too low and although I would like to be closer to 120 than 124, it is really hard trying to get back there. My clothes still fit, even my skinny jeans. I stay around 1100-1300 calories, 30 or so net carbs and 150 protein plus exercising several times a week, weights and cardio. I do have a large frame and I think that makes a difference. but still. I know where you are coming from. I would just say, keep on keeping on and get as low as you can because bounce back is very real. In reality, we are in it for life. I have determined that this is how I will have to eat forever and exercise forever if I want to eat even this much. Still better than being fat.

Price, you may not LOOK like a bodybuilder but obviously your body kinda thinks it is!
I can still wear most of mine...but the few things that were pushing the limit of tight late last fall are still pushing the limit. I decided that as nice as it was to wear a 4/6 that being able to BREATHE also had benefits!
I have discovered that as odd as it is...I can wear smaller long jeans (size 4 still) but shorts or capri's, I have to go one to two sizes up. A pair of capri's I got this weekend at the thrift store were size 8's! And the shorts are size 6's.
I know bounce back is real...I'm dealing with it now. I think I hit my low point last spring.

the size thing is crazy. I have everything from 4s to 8s in my closet. If it is a brand that really has a waist, I have to go way up in size. I just don't have one. Straight like a boy.

ME TOO!!!! The difference between my hips and my waist is about 5 inches. Most women have about a 12 inch difference (assuming normal BMI and no excess skin).
Even at my skinniest back in 1982 (wore a size 7 back then)...my hips were a 31, my waist was a 29...almost board straight!
Most shorts I like have a VERY defined waist.

Linda, it's a pain to wear it but if it helps, I will.
And thanks.
