I love pepperjack cheese and always forget about buying it and using it.  What part of the chicken did you use?  Was it kind of like the Chicken Parmesan Bundles?

I used chicken breasts.  I found some at Walmart that were considered "thin", then still pounded them down.  rolled the goodies up in it and baked. 

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

Hi Roz,

I hate to burn my tongue.  I have several things cooked and in my refrigerator that I need to either eat or freeze.   I wish DH would help me eat some of them.
