I used chicken breasts. I found some at Walmart that were considered "thin", then still pounded them down. rolled the goodies up in it and baked.

I hate to burn my tongue. I have several things cooked and in my refrigerator that I need to either eat or freeze. I wish DH would help me eat some of them.
