Oh dear - you'll have to add some yogurt to cool your chili to cool it down. Greek yogurt if you're after the protein.
I'm enjoying the canteen at work right now as it's a novelty. I'm missing the protein icecreams I just discovered though as this office isn't near the shops so I can't pop out to buy one at lunch - oh well it'll give me something to look forward to ;-)

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I'm able to get it in my local supermarket, but according to my friend who turned me on to it, that is a rarity. She lives in NYC and gets hers at select delis/bodegas. Make sure you are looking in the section with the pints, near ben & jerry and such.

We've been approved to telecommute for work 3 days a week - it's awesome! Can't wait until I move though and actually have windows to look out of.
B - 1 egg and about 4 pieces of bacon
S - 3 more pieces of bacon (ok - it's gone)
L - I think I'll have me a protein hot chocolate. I'm not hungry Maybe a piece of cheese
D - not sure. I made these awesome chicken/spinach/pepperjack cheese rollups for dinner last night - with cajun spice. They turned out wonderful - chicken was very moise and the pepperjack cheese gave it a good bite.

Water: low - need to get moving on it.
