Not feeling good
Ugh, I feel dizzy, and tired. I feel like my face is flushed, including my ears if that makes any kinda sense. :(
I am going to drink to make sure its not dehydration.
I was on phone a lot this morning, starting the wrap around services for my son who has Aspergers and had to go over information from day 1 but not sure that has anything to do with anything I am feeling.
Also didn't get much sleep last night. Transformer blew and was without power and I couldn't sleep for some reason. Finally fell asleep around 2 or 2:30 and got up for work at 6am. not gracefully but still got up.
My girlfriend wants me to call doctors right away. I want to make sure its not dehydration first. I have a hard time getting all my fluids in.
Thanks Roz.
The only thing I ate was a Dannon light and fit greek yogurt (6 g sugar) which I have almost everyday and a atkins shake (1 g sugar). So I don't think its dumping. I don't want to call doctor prematurely. I can walk fine and everything. I just feel funny. a little dizzy and a little flushed. And my cheeks are a little red.
Nothing overwhelming yet. So I think its ok to drink and see if it goes away. I will still make appt to get checked out but don't see I need to do it as an emergency. Am I wrong?
When I got/get dizzy, it's also attributable to dehydration. AND - It was about at the point you are (from when I had surgery).
Be careful! Make sure you're getting your vitamins in - a deficiency could also cause some issues - so it could be twofold.
Don't expect it to miraculously go away either. It took several days for me drinking lots of fluids to get rid of it.

Ok, Jody, I will keep that in mind. I have been taking my vitamins and all. Although I understand they could need adjusting too. My thyroid came back a little worse at my 6 mth labs. on higher meds but this is first time I feel like this and I am 8 1/2 months out and went on other thyroid meds at 6 months out.
I will keep eye on it though thanks for the advice. I am drinking drinking drinking.
:)
No ideas but I hope you are feeling better soon.
