Good afternoon Gina,
I'm all about the scale today. It read 193.5 and just yesterday it was 191.5. Let's hope my scale resolves it's schizophrenia by the time I weigh in for Sunday.
B: Tea, protein bar
L: Turkey and cheese roll ups, fresh pineapple
D: Chicken rigatoni and broccoli (Smart Ones)
S: 2 Protein shake, 2 cups of tea, 2 nsa fudge pops
Oh and I'm starting a new book. Very excited about that.
Worked out today with my sister...very intense weight lifting. I feel a little sore, but generally great.

I think Roz is already going a thousand miles an hour. She slept once since she got home but hasn't stopped since. lol
Very nice menu so far. I love taco salads.

today was the steeplechase parade and Halley and I led it off. Hopefully someone will send me some pix. It was in the 30s here when I left but warmed up there and so we were able to show off our spring finery.
