Welcome home Roz.  Glad you have a weekend to recover.

It's suppose to rain all day so I am headed to water zumba this morning, then groceries, etc.  An old friend died and I need to go to the viewing this evening since I can't to the celebration of life tomorrow.

Tomorrow is the Block House Steeplechase and the carriage club does a carriage parade for part of the opening ceremonies.  Halley and I will lead the parade since I am club president, with flower on the carriage and all of our spring finery.  Cleaning carriage and harness are part of the list for today.

Sitting here sipping some protein coffee.

Glad to hear Roz is home, hope her sea legs wear off quickly.

Such craziness going on, glad the one was caught, hopefully the other one will be soon.

Those poor people in Texas with that fertilizer plant fire, such devastation.

My seventeen year old I guess left the house around 4 am, he texted his brother, wont answer me, I am going to be kicking some butt later!

And here the saga continues with the sewer and more yard being dug up. No yoga, insurance adjuster coming at 10 to look at the laundry room where the water flooded.

No coverage for foundation issues though, being paying premiums for 20 years, never filed a claim and when I could use some help, sorry not covered.

Feeling a little overwhelmed.

Sorry for your problems.  Foundation leaks are not covered here either.  MIL had problems with that last spring, when she opened her house back up there was mold in the carpeting from water running in over the spring thaw.  Old house that sits on a slab.  Not covered at all, she had to replace all lower level carpets and have some drainage digging and foundation sealing done out of pocket.

Wow Maria, you do have a lot going on right now.  Hope your 17 year old is back home safe now.  I remember my kids teenage years - very trying times...

Hope you can get your problems in your house fixed.

I agree TGIF!!  I am coming down with a cold, having a lot of SI joint pain and TOM (cramps).  Going to be a long day at work. :(

Just made a cup of coffee and sitting down at my desk.  All quarterly reports done from 1st qtr.

I plan on taking some things in to consignment shop at lunch time today.  I may run to Sams club and get rotisserie chicken after work to make an easy dinner.  Feeling like crap!   I wi**** was 4 already and I have only been at work a half hr. lol

Have a great weekend everyone

Hi Candy- which Consignment shop do you go to?  That's one thing I loved about TC - there are a lot of them and Thrift stores.  My favorite consignment is the one on Barlow and Thrift is one next to BoTangles on Garfield across from Cherryland Center - almost said mall - LOL... that was a LONG time ago!

Hope you're feeling better - I hate being at work and feeling bad.
