Hi Price,
Went to get labs done this morning. Had to fast for the cholesterol check. Well, you would have thought I hadn't eaten for days. I was ready to gnaw my arm off when I got home.
I think today's menu will be boring. I've cooked the last few days and want a break.
B: Tea, protein bar
L: Turkey cheese roll ups
D: WW Smart Ones or Turkey cheese roll ups
S: 2 protein shakes, tea, 2 nsa fudgsicles

35 pounds of regain!!! 30 lost!!! Just a little more to go.
I will seem to get really hungry for a while, then it just kind of goes away. I always take a protein decaf with me to get labs and start it as soon as I get back in the car.
Boring is ok as long as the food is ok. Looks fine.
