the sun is out and I have gotten a bunch of work done this morning so I can go play with the ponies. Then muscle pump this evening.

Went to the Dentist this morning -ouch! Of course he tried to sell me all kind of cosmetic dentistry stuff. If I'm going to spend that kind of money, which ins doesn't pay, I'll get more work done on the body.. teeth are in good shape. But the are SORE now.... guess I'll learn not to wait 2 years between cleanings.
Lauren - I checked the back of my Smart Ones dinners and they ranged from 200 calories to about 280. Of course you can get higher with the pizza ones, etc.
B - coffee

S - protein coffee (all I have left at work is Click - made one yesterday with coffee and used decaf so I wouldn't feel my hair grow) .
D - not sure - have to pick up my NEW motorcycle title tonight, then a massage - by the time I get home it will be close to 9...

I know what you mean. I still do mainly decaf and when I do drink real coffee, I can certainly feel it.

Price you're so full of energy - I want some of what you're having!! I guess if you can manage to get yourself into the habit it's not so bad, but I'm just a home body.

Not sure what to do with my day, it's half over after all. Probably some job searching, reading, Was please to see this morning that I've lost a pound this week, or in the last 3-4 days. Can't wait for the Sunday weigh in.
