Menus and Miles - Tuesday, April 16th
Good morning all,
Don't think I'll get to the gym today, but I will have to clean my car off which is a workout on its own. Not sure how much snow we got, maybe 4-5 inches. Just fine with me, I moderate snow.
I will have to get to the dentist and therapist today, and do a bit of shopping. Hope everyone has a stellar day.
Breakfast: Tea and protein bar
Lunch: Hot pocket (nothing else in the fridge/freezer, must shop today)
Dinner: Out with my sister, not sure of the menu
Snacks: 2 Tea, Protein shake, 2 NSA fudgsicles

Snow - {UGH}. I'm from Northern Michigan and we could get snow even in June. I don't miss it here in VA. I know there were some flurries in southern Michigan the other day...
I need to figure out how I can start to move some more, with this lame foot. I have to go check out the gym here at the office - I think they have a bike. That should work...
I have a Dentist appt on Thursday - just general cleaning, checkup. I'm supposed to take my motorcycle into the shop this afternoon for oil change. Need to look at the weather...

Lauren - I'd guess about 300 or so. I don look at calories so much as carbs and protein. The reason I started with them is because my daughter does Weigh****chers and I was going to also. Now I've got them to eat. But I've been told there is an Atkins one that only Walmart sells that is good. Haven't tried them yet.

I always tweak a recipe to help with the stats. I used chicken thighs because they are not so dry, Carbquik instead of the Ritz Crackers and I used the Greek Yogurt Cream Cheese. I do not add the Spaghetti sauce and it is still moist enough for me.
They taste really good. they are a little trouble to make, but I made about 10 thighs and will probably freeze some for later. Some days I can eat a whole one and some days I can only eat 1/2.
